There are a number of reasons why your bonus status on the For You page may not have updated to Pending Approval:


·       Your purchase did not meet the bonus offer terms and conditions;


·       Your purchase qualifies for the bonus, but has not tracked – check your My Rewards page to ensure the transaction has tracked.  If your transaction is missing, wait 7 days from the purchase date and submit a claim via the Click History page (to access this page from My Rewards, click “Report missing transaction“ if on web, or click “Missing cashback?“ if on app); or


·       The bonus offer requires multiple qualifying purchases, (for example;, the bonus offer requires 3 qualifying purchases to be eligible and you have not yet completed all 3).  The bonus status will only change to Pending Approval when all qualifying purchases have been made.
