Please note, Cashrewards is not responsible for the storage and use of a Gift Card sent to an incorrect email address. Once a Gift Card has been ordered it cannot be refunded, cancelled or exchanged. 


Please reach out to our Member Services Team here. Applying to change a recipient email address can take several days as we need to reach out to our Payment Service Provider to request the update of details.     


Should the wrong address be provided, neither Cashrewards or the Gift Card issuer is obliged to resend the order to the correct email address, nor is Cashrewards or the Gift Card issuer liable for any loss to you or the Gift Card recipient due to the incorrect email address details being provided.
