To ensure that transactions are tracked and cashback is received when using merchant iOS apps, make sure that tracking is enabled. When shopping app to app, verify that Cashrewards has integrated app-to-app tracking for the merchant. For more details, check the merchant's special terms or the App to App tab in the Cashrewards app.
If this setting is disabled, transactions will not be tracked, and cashback cannot be earned.
To enable tracking on your iOS device, follow these steps: Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Enable ‘Allow apps to request to track’.
The first time you open the merchant app through Cashrewards, a pop-up will appear asking for permission to track. Agree to this setting to proceed.
