Tracking times vary by merchant. Most transactions will appear within a few hours, but some may take a few days or longer to show up as pending. Check your My Rewards page for updates, and you will also receive a tracking email when the transaction is recorded.
If your transaction hasn't tracked within seven days and there are no specific merchant terms regarding tracking, you may submit a cashback claim after seven days.
