The ANZ Plus app will only display your approved cashback balance (Available Rewards) once it is greater than the minimum withdrawable balance of $10.01. This is your available to withdraw balance.
Your Cashrewards account will display the following cashback balances:
- Total cashback balance which is the available cashback plus any pending cashback and pending bonus transactions still awaiting approval
- Available to withdraw balance which is cashback or bonuses that are approved and available for withdrawal (this figure is the same as the ‘Available Rewards’ displayed in the ANZ Plus app)
- Pending balance which is cashback or bonuses that are yet to be approved or declined
- Total balance which is cashback or bonuses that are currently pending plus those that have been approved
- Lifetime rewards which is a total of cashback, savings, and bonuses you have earned including pending and approved amounts
