If you are not receiving verification codes on your mobile phone, please check the following: 

  • Is the mobile number linked to your Cashrewards account correct? If it isn’t, please update it from Settings > Mobile Number, and try again.  
  • Do you have AuthMSG and TWVerify blocked on your phone? If you do, please unblock and request the verification code again.
