Here are some reasons why you might not be receiving the Reset Password email: 

  • The emails are being sent to your Junk/Spam folder. If this happens, please mark the emails as “Not Junk”. 
  • You are requesting the email to be sent to the incorrect email address. Please double check the email address and try again. 
  • The Cashrewards email address has been blacklisted in your mailbox. If this is the case, please add the Cashrewards email address to your “Safe Senders” list and try again. 
  • You are requesting the reset password email for a closed Cashrewards account.
