If you are buying a Gift Card for yourself, the digital Gift Card will be sent to the email address associated with your Cashrewards membership.  You will also be able to access your digital Gift Card from within your Cashrewards Wallet via ‘My ePurchases’.   


If you have purchased a Gift Card as a gift for another person, the digital Gift Card email will be sent to the email address you entered at the time of purchase.  Gift Cards purchased and sent to email addresses other than your Cashrewards membership email will NOT appear in your Cashrewards Wallet under ePurchases.  


Cashrewards is not responsible for the storage and use of a Gift Card sent to an incorrect email address. 


If the Gift Card has been sent to an incorrect email address, please contact our Member Services Team here. Applying to change a recipient email address can take several days as we need to reach out to our Payment Service Provider to request the update of details.    Should the wrong address be provided, neither Cashrewards or the Gift Card issuer is obliged to resend the order to the correct email address, nor is Cashrewards or the Gift Card issuer liable for any loss to you or the Gift Card recipient due to the incorrect email address details being provided.
