1. Open the Cashrewards Gift Card page and click on the merchant of your choice.
2. Click ‘Buy now’ to open your Cashrewards Wallet and select the value and quantity of the Gift Card you would like to purchase.
3. Click ‘Buy Now’ to add the Gift Card to your cart and confirm your billing and payment method.
To add a payment method:
a) You may add an Australian issued Visa or Mastercard, credit or debit card;
b) In your wallet, click on Payment Methods
c) Simply type in your card details, review, and agree to the Terms and click on Save to authorise a temporary charge against your card of between $0.01 to $2.99. The temporary charge will be removed after approx. 10 days. This temporary charge is to verify your card for security purposes.
d) Login to your Internet banking or call your bank to locate the temporarily authorised charge against your account with the reference of VERIFY AUTH.
e) Enter the VERIFY AUTH amount to verify your card and click Confirm. “Card successfully authorised” will pop up on the screen and you will see your card under Payment Methods in your wallet.
4. Click 'Place Order' to complete the purchase process.
This verification is part of your card provider’s 3DS verification check. If for some reason the verification is rejected, please contact your card provider.
Gift Cards purchases are processed by the payment service provider used by Cashrewards to process payment for Gift Cards being EonX Services Pty Ltd (ABN 39 615 958 873), who is PCI DSS compliant.
Cashrewards does not hold or have access to your credit card information.
To add additional credit/debit cards to your wallet, click on Payment Methods and click the “+” in the top right corner of the screen.
