When submitting a claim, here's just a few items you'll need to provide so that we can get your transaction validated as quick as possible:


Sale date - We need to match up this date with the click you have made to confirm eligibility for your rewards.

Order number/ID - Our merchants use this to validate transactions when it hasn't initially tracked to Cashrewards.

Items purchased - If you purchased from a merchant with different cashback rates for categories, it's important we see the items purchased so that we can provide you with the correct cashback rate.

Payment information - We need to make sure we create any claims with the correct total payment amount and that your payment method meets the terms.
