Certain details including shared bank, PayPal accounts, cards and mobile numbers can only be linked to one Cashrewards account. You will not be able to link these details to your Cashrewards account if:
a family member or partner has these details linked to their account; or
you have a secondary account (open or closed) with these details linked.
If you do have more than one Cashrewards account you will need to select one account to use as your primary account and close any others.
