If it has been over 7 days since you made an online purchase and your transaction has not appeared in My Rewards, please navigate to your Click history and press Send a Claim next to the corresponding click for your missing transaction and follow the prompts.  

The Send a claim button will appear once the tracking time frame has lapsed. 

In-store purchases may take a little longer to track into your account as some merchants can take up to 14 days to track transactions to Cashrewards. If the confirmation period has lapsed and your transaction is not listed in My rewards, please contact Member Services with a copy of your receipt. 

If a purchase was made more than 60 days ago, and the transaction has not tracked,  in accordance with our Terms of Use you are unable to submit a cashback claim.
