Here are some of the reasons why your cashback might not have tracked: 

  • Your transaction was made less than 7 days ago - It can take up to 7 days for the store to track your cashback into your Cashrewards account. Some stores have their own specific tracking time frames, please check all the special terms before shopping. 
  • Your transaction is ineligible for cashback – If you have purchased items listed as ineligible, store’s special terms, or used an ineligible mode of payment such as a gift card or discount code, then your transaction is not eligible for cashback and has therefore not tracked into your Cashrewards account.  

If it has been over 7 days since making your transaction, please navigate to your Click history, click on the “Send a Claim” button next to the corresponding click for your missing transaction and follow the prompts.   

The Send a claim button will appear once the tracking time frame has lapsed.  
Please note, all claims must be made within 60 days of the transaction date.  In accordance with our Terms of Use you are unable to submit a cashback claim after 60 days.
