There are a few reasons why your transaction or cashback amount may be different than expected: 

  • Cashback often reports exclusive of GST as most stores don't provide cashback on taxes, levies or other surcharges

  • The store may offer multiple cashback rates depending on the goods purchased. Please refer to the store's terms for more information.

  • Items purchased may not be eligible for cashback. Please refer to the store's terms for more information. 

  • Your transaction may have tracked in a foreign currency. In these instances, the calculation of cashback is not impacted. 

If your transaction has been reported incorrectly, click the Enquire button next to the transaction in your account and our Member Services Team will review  and update your cashback.
