There are a few reasons why your Cashback may be declined: 

• The purchased category had a 0% cashback rate.

• The transaction may have been fully or partially returned or refunded.
• The purchase might have been tracked through a different channel, such as another website or third-party app, before completing the order.
• A coupon or discount code not listed on Cashrewards may have been used, which can affect cashback eligibility.
• If a gift card was purchased or used as a form of payment, this may impact the eligibility for cashback.
• The store's special terms may not have been met. For example, some stores exclude certain products from cashback, or the offer might be valid only for new customers.


Cashback may also be removed from your account due to non-use, in accordance with the Cashrewards Terms of Use.
