There are a few reasons why your cashback may be declined:
If you use a coupon/voucher code for your purchase that was not advertised on Cashrewards Max.
If you have purchased an item or service that is not eligible for cashback (e.g. certain categories may be excluded).
If you have not enable cookies or have otherwise broken the transaction chain and deviated from the Cashrewards process (for example by clicking other links/cookie blocking access)
If you have cancelled, returned or requested a refund for your purchase.
