There are a few reasons why your cashback may be declined: 

  • If you use a coupon/voucher code for your purchase that was not advertised on Cashrewards Max.

  • If you have purchased an item or service that is not eligible for cashback (e.g. certain categories may be excluded).

  • If you have not enable cookies or have otherwise broken the transaction chain and deviated from the Cashrewards process (for example by clicking other links/cookie blocking access) 

  • If you have cancelled, returned or requested a refund for your purchase.
