There are a few reasons why your Rewards Balance may fluctuate:
- If you were to cancel a transaction or return items that you’ve purchased through Cashrewards, your rewards balance would alter to reflect those actions.
- If you were to pay for your purchase using points or a coupon code that did not appear on the Cashrewards site, the store may decline your purchase and attribute the sale elsewhere.
- If you have shopped at one of our International stores, your rewards balance may be different than expected due to its conversion into Australian dollars.
- If you have recently withdrawn your rewards, your balance will have updated to reflect this.
