Why can’t I submit a Cashback Claim for a missing transaction for 7 days?
While you'll usually see your transaction reflected in your Cashrewards account soon after your transaction is made, it may take up to 7 days on some occasions before being credited to your account. You will receive an email to advise your rewards are pending and awaiting confirmation. If 7 days have elapsed and you still do not see your transaction listed, there may be a system error and you may submit a Cashback Claim for our Member Services Team to investigate.
