If it has been 7 days since you made your purchase and you don't see your transaction in your My Rewards please get in touch. You’ll need to have the details of your purchase handy including the date of purchase, sale amount, Order ID, price breakdown and any shipping/taxes. This information can be found on the order confirmation you receive from the store. In some cases, we may ask for further information if requested by the store to review your transactions eligibility for Cashback.
PLEASE NOTE: as per our Terms and Conditions, if a purchase was made more than 60 days ago, and the transaction as not appeared in your account as Pending we are unable to investigate your transaction with the store.
