For the majority of our partnered stores it can take up to 7 days for your transaction to track into your Cashrewards account as pending. Please wait until this tracking time frame has passed before contacting our team.

If it has been 7 days since you made your purchase and you don't see your transaction in your My Rewards please navigate to your Click History and press 'Send a Claim' next to the corresponding click for your missing transaction.  The 'Send a Claim' button will appear once the tracking time frame has lapsed. 

You’ll need to have the details of your purchase handy including the date of purchase, sale amount, Order ID, price breakdown and any shipping/taxes. This information can be found on the order confirmation email you receive from the store. In some cases, we may ask for further information if requested by the store to review your transactions eligibility for cashback. 

PLEASE NOTE: as per our Terms and Conditions, if a purchase was made more than 60 days ago, and the transaction as not appeared in your account as Pending we are unable to investigate your transaction with the store.
