- Are you currently outside Australia? Please note that Cashrewards can only be accessed from Australia.
- If you are using the website, do you have any VPN or Ad-Blockers active? If you do, please disable them and check again.
- If using the website, please clear the cache and cookies in your browser and try logging in again.
- If you are using the app, is it updated to the latest version? If not, please update your app and try logging in again.
